Basic rules according to which your account or BM will be replaced
🔹 Conditions for replacing accounts
Account replacement is possible in the following cases:
✅ The account is blocked or limited before the purchase.
✅ The Advertising Account or Business Manager created in the account are blocked or have restrictions imposed before the purchase.
✅ The account configuration does not match the description stated on the website.

🔹 Conditions for replacing regular BM
A Business Manager can be replaced if:
✅ The BM is blocked or limited until the moment of purchase.
✅ The BM package does not match the product description on the website.
✅ The advertising account or FanPage created in the BM are disabled or blocked until the moment of purchase.
✅ The links for joining the BM are inactive.
⏳ Account and BM verification time
upon purchase Before use, be sure to check the product.
The time allotted for verification depends on the number of accounts purchased:
• 1-5 pieces → 20 minutes.
• 5-15 pieces → 30 minutes.
• 15 or more pieces → 60 minutes.
⚠️ If you purchased an account or BM, but started using it, for example, 7 days or later, a replacement will not be made. A maximum of 1 hour is allocated for BM verification.
🔹 Rules for replacing VERIFIED BM
✅ Replacement is possible only if the BM was verified before you started working with it.
✅ If you started working with the BM (linked a card, launched an ad, changed parameters) and got blocked - a replacement is not made.
✅ Verification period - 24 hours from the date of purchase.
🔴 Cases in which the guarantee does NOT apply (no replacement)
❌ Blocking of the BM after any actions (login, linking a card, launching an ad, activating the API, etc.).
❌ Cancellation of BM verification after any actions that violate Facebook rules.
❌ Blocking of the BM due to inactivity the next day (the guarantee is valid only until the end of the day of purchase).
❌ Errors with the pixel (if it is not shared, accounts are not created or added). In this case, you must continue working.
❌ Errors when linking a card or inability to write off Facebook funds. You need to try another payment method.
❌ Request for documents when activating the API or linking an application. Documents and replacement are not provided in such cases.
✅ In what cases is a replacement possible?
✔ If the BM was not verified or its verification was canceled before the purchase.
✔ If the BM verification was canceled within 14 days after the purchase.
✔ If the BM or advertising account was banned before the purchase.
📌 Conclusion: carefully check accounts and BM immediately after the purchase and follow the rules to avoid losses.
