Add other accounts to BM
If you need to add a new person to your Business Manager (BM) so they can manage ad accounts, pages, and settings, follow these steps:
Login to Business Manager
1️⃣ Go to Meta Business Suite and select the desired BM.
2️⃣ Click on the “Company Settings” icon (⚙ in the left menu).
Adding a user
1️⃣ Select "People" in the menu on the left.
2️⃣ Click "Add".
3️⃣ Enter the email of the person you want to add (it must be linked to their Facebook account).
4️⃣ Select a user role: • Employee access - can work with ads and pages, but does not manage the BM. • Administrator access - has full control over the BM, can delete people, manage finances. • Financial access - manages payments and transactions.
5️⃣ Click "Next".
Assigning rights
1️⃣ Select which pages and advertising accounts they will have access to.
2️⃣ Determine the access level (for example, “Ad campaign management” or “Full access”).
3️⃣ If necessary, grant access to pixels, catalogs, or other tools.
4️⃣ Click “Invite”.
Confirm the invitation
• The new user will receive an email from Facebook with an invitation to BM.
• They must click "Accept invitation" and confirm it in their Facebook account.
✅ Done! Now the new user will be able to work in Business Manager with the rights you gave them.
