Getting Started with BM
After purchase, you will receive a text file with the BM ID and two links with administrator rights (the highest level of access).
1️⃣ Paste one of the links into the browser address bar while logged into Facebook.
2️⃣ Set the administrator name - now you are the owner of this Business Manager.
✅ Done! Now you can use BM for advertising, account management and working with other services.

What do you need to get started with WABA?
✔ Phone number – we recommend a physical SIM card, but you can use a high-quality virtual number.
⚠ Important! If, upon receiving the SMS code, it turns out that the number has already been used in WhatsApp, there is a high chance of getting a ban for violating Facebook policy. This may lead to the impossibility of re-registration.
And we insert it in two places.
✔ Patience and attentiveness – the registration process requires accuracy, otherwise you may face a shadow ban.
Connecting WABA to Facebook
1️⃣ Choosing a provider and registration
Facebook works through WABA providers - third-party services for business accounts in WhatsApp.

💡 The registration process depends on the provider. Usually you need to:
Enter your e-mail (it is better to use your personal mail that you have access to).
Specify your phone number (physical or high-quality virtual).
Fill in the details: first name, last name, company name.
Confirm registration via the code in your e-mail.
Setting up WABA in the provider (example Wazzup24)
1️⃣ Connecting an account
In your Wazzup24 account, select the WABA icon.
Click "Continue", then log in to Facebook.
2️⃣ Filling in company information
Select your BM, click "Next".
In the first line, you can write any name, in the second - the exact name of the company (it must match the information on Facebook).
📌 The company name and website can be found in the "Business Information" section in the BM settings.
3. Go to the "Additional" section and select the time zone (must match the geo of the BM).
4. Specify the type of company and a brief description of the business (can be taken from the company's website).
3️⃣ Connecting the number
Enter a phone number (physical or virtual).
Confirm with a code from an SMS.
⚠ Possible errors when entering a number:
❌ “This number has already been used” – you need to look for a new number that has not yet been registered in WhatsApp.
❌ “Try again later” or other errors – Facebook may have sent the company to the shadow ban, which makes registration impossible.
In the first line you can write the EXACT name of the BM, in the second – also the EXACT name of the company (it must match the information on Facebook).

What to do if WABA does not activate?
🔴 If the system does not accept the number, you can:
• Delete the WABA account in the BM settings and try again.
• Register a new WABA through another provider (sometimes it helps).
• Use a different e-mail and register again.
📌 Important! When registering a company, indicate the geolocation of the BM (for example, if the BM is registered in France, then use it). However, the phone number can be any, including Russian.
