Getting Started with BM

After purchase, you will receive a text file with the BM ID and two links with administrator rights (the highest level of access).

What do you need to get started with WABA?

Setting up WABA in the provider (example Wazzup24)

1️⃣ Connecting an account

  1. In your Wazzup24 account, select the WABA icon.

  2. Click "Continue", then log in to Facebook.

2️⃣ Filling in company information

  1. Select your BM, click "Next".

  2. In the first line, you can write any name, in the second - the exact name of the company (it must match the information on Facebook).

3. Go to the "Additional" section and select the time zone (must match the geo of the BM).

4. Specify the type of company and a brief description of the business (can be taken from the company's website).

3️⃣ Connecting the number

  1. Enter a phone number (physical or virtual).

  2. Confirm with a code from an SMS.

⚠ Possible errors when entering a number:

❌ β€œThis number has already been used” – you need to look for a new number that has not yet been registered in WhatsApp.

❌ β€œTry again later” or other errors – Facebook may have sent the company to the shadow ban, which makes registration impossible.

  1. In the first line you can write the EXACT name of the BM, in the second – also the EXACT name of the company (it must match the information on Facebook).

What to do if WABA does not activate?

β€’ Delete the WABA account in the BM settings and try again.

β€’ Register a new WABA through another provider (sometimes it helps).

β€’ Use a different e-mail and register again.

πŸ“Œ Important! When registering a company, indicate the geolocation of the BM (for example, if the BM is registered in France, then use it). However, the phone number can be any, including Russian.
